Club Guidelines

• Registration As must match your real category.

• Name must be real, official, and unique.

• Shortname must be 2–5 letters or numbers.

• Email must be valid and unique — required for future access.

• Password must be 4–10 characters.

• Logo is optional — a default is used until you upload one.

• Location is required for regional verification and events.

• President, Captain, and Vice Captain must be real representatives.

• Facebook link is optional and can be added later.

• New clubs go live publicly after admin approval.

• All information must be real.
