• Name must be real, official, and unique.

• Shortname must be 2–5 letters or numbers.

• Email must be valid and unique — required for future access.

• Password must be 4–10 characters.

• Club logo is required — upload a square 1:1 image.

• Location is required for regional verification and events.

• President, Captain, and Vice Captain must be real representatives.

• Facebook page / group link is required and must be valid.

• A club can hold at most 30 players; release one before adding a new member.

• New clubs go live publicly after admin approval.

• All information must be real.
